The Lodge
The lodge is situated about a mile from the town of Zabljak. It is a detached 3 bedroomed house arranged over 2 floors with a garage/store in the cellar. There is also an enclosed garden with parking.
It will sleep up to nine people. Included in the rental price is water, electricity, wood for the stove, bed linen and towels.
Briefly, the lodge consists of steps to the front door which opens in to an entrance hall with stairs to first floor and doors to a shower room, storeroom and open plan living/dining/kitchen area. On the first floor there is a small landing with doors to 3 bedrooms and a further shower room.
There have been several problems with the water supply in the Zabljak area. To over come this we have recently installed a private water tank and pump to ensure that the water supply and water pressure to the lodge remain constant.
Ground floor shower room
- Shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
Storeroom
- Ideal for skis, boards, boots, etc.
Living/Dining/Kitchen area
- Comfortable sofas and arm chairs including sofa bed, TV, DVD, CD player, dining table and chairs, wood burning stove, fully equipped kitched including fridge and microwave.
Bedroom 1
- Bunk beds, single bed, oil filled electric radiator.
Bedroom 2
- 2 single beds, oil filled electric radiator.
Bedroom 3
- 2 single beds, oil filled electric radiator.
First floor shower room
- Shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. This room also contains the washing machine.
Outside
- On 3 sides of the lodge at ground floor level is a veranda with outside lighting giving spectacular views of the area. The enclosed garden is laid mainly to lawn with parking for cars. Garden and veranda furniture is available.
